Summary
Detector A+ is a brain MRI interpretation and reporting platform that detects suspected tumors, segments lesions, measures volume, localizes brain regions, and classifies five tumor types: acoustic neuroma, meningioma, brain metastasis, pituitary tumor, and glioma. Integrated with DICOM/PACS, it automatically selects T1W+C/T2W images for AI inference and, after physician confirmation, uses an LLM to draft reports, improving efficiency, consistency, and workflow integration.

Detector A+ transforms conventional brain tumor segmentation into an end-to-end intelligent brain MRI interpretation platform. It integrates suspicious lesion detection, five-class tumor classification, automatic segmentation, volumetric measurement, brain-region localization, false-positive filtering, tracking, and DICOM/PACS-based image selection. Physician review and LLM-assisted draft reporting improve clinical efficiency, reporting standardization, and deployment readiness.
