Summary
Our AI virtual human health education system works by integrating AI and physical robots in phases to strengthen patient care and support medical staff in end-of-life care institutions. Our AI system uses natural, conversational Q&A to deliver health education. Furthermore, its autonomous navigation and holographic projection of a virtual human add a sense of technology and interactivity to the educational process.
Scientific Breakthrough
Using Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), far-field voice technology, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) engines, our system listens to, recognizes, understands, and responds to a user's voice. These integrated technologies enable two-way communication, establishing a smooth and effective interaction process.
Industrial Applicability
The shortage of healthcare professionals is a growing problem in today's society, especially with the trends of an aging population and the impact of the pandemic. Consequently, finding ways to improve care efficiency, reduce labor costs, and enhance the quality of care has become a critical issue. Our team has developed a health education system that uses technologies like artificial intelligence and autonomous navigation to achieve a smarter, more automated way of delivering information.
