Summary |
This technology uses the pTCY plasmid to carry the antigen gene, and combines with peptide nanotubes to make a nanocarrier vaccine. The advantages include high surface area, long residence time, low toxicity, etc. It is the best delivery system for antigens and drugs. We used software to analyze the structural proteins with the best antigenicity of pathogens and constructed effective gene fragments into expressed DNA plasmids. This technology platform can be applied to various mucosal diseases. |
Scientific Breakthrough |
Based on the academic vaccine development technology and industrial mass production capabilities, a peptide nanotube oral DNA vaccine technology platform has been established. It actually explores the optimal immunization strategy of prime-boost in target animals with different type of vaccines. It can stimulate both humoral and cellular immune responses and provide completed protection against various types of viruses. The results of this forward-looking cooperation plan will be implemented into the industry. A nucleic acid vaccine production platform can be established with breakthroughs in technical specifications.
