| Summary |
We provides high-quality, high-efficiency, and environmentally friendly surface treatment solutions: 1. High carbon emissions; 2. High pollution; 3. High cost. Our aim is to develop forward-looking magnesium alloy corrosion protection technologies that combine high efficiency and environmental friendliness:
1. Chromium-free, fluorine-free, and phosphorus-free environmentally friendly systems.
2. Unaffected by workpiece size/specifications.
3. Room temperature operation, simple and fast process. |
| Scientific Breakthrough |
We had published 23 articles on magnesium alloy surface treatment technology in international journals and developed a novel chromium-free, fluorine-free, and phosphorus-free environmentally friendly system (pH≒7). This system utilizes a 5-10 V micro-current assisted technology to enhance reaction efficiency and the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys. The process is simple and rapid, performed at room temperature. It can replace the High energy consumption 'MAO' treatment. |
| Industrial Applicability |
Our core technology is chromium-free, fluorine-free, and phosphorus-free environmentally friendly magnesium alloy coating. Under conditions of no heavy metals and low pollution emissions, it achieves extremely low energy consumption of only 0.25 kWh/batch. The coating has excellent uniformity and high adhesion. We have collaborated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences to carry out the introduction and verification of military UAV structural components and expanded to the exoskeleton industry. |
