Summary
The developed multi-functional bio-sensor chip has the advantages of excellent detection performance, wide application, and low mass production. At present, we have already cooperated with upstream and downstream manufacturers for mass production of the multifunctional bio-sensor chips. At the same time, cooperate with the instrument manufacturer to develop a simple portable electrochemical detector.
Scientific Breakthrough
熱壓印製程技術:
利用具微米半球結構之矽基板作為母模並製作電鑄鎳鈷模具,之後進行熱壓印製程即可將微米半球結構壓印至低成本之聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate, PC)基板表面,即可利用低成本之材料生產大量晶片,晶片也因製程簡易而達到品質穩定的效果,對於廠商合作和市場競爭為一大助益。

生物檢測晶片(發明專利號:I560447):
利用黃光微影技術(Photolithography)技術將光罩圖案定義至光阻層,形成一規律排列圓柱陣列結構,再將具圓柱陣列光阻之矽基板於烤箱中進行熱融製程,因表面張力之作用,圓柱會軟化形成半球狀,再以溶膠凝膠法沉積膠體金顆粒於微米半球結構表面,即可使晶片表面得到高比表面積特性,接著以自組裝法(Self-Assembly, SAM)接附具專一性之檢測抗體,用於電化學分析法檢測特定抗原。

無酵素葡萄糖檢測晶片(發明專利號:I585403):
本檢測晶片之製程為利用黃光微影製程(Photolithography)製作微米半球結構,並利用分子自組裝的方法將奈米金顆粒(Gold Nano Particles, GNPs)均勻地沉積於半球表面,完成具奈微米複合陣列結構之無酵素葡萄糖生醫檢測晶片,藉提升晶片對葡萄糖氧化面積進而對葡萄糖濃度變化進行檢測。
奈米金材料具有類似於天然的葡萄糖氧化酶催化機制,可提供一個強的催化活性,其細微微米與奈米所組成之結構,能夠高效地與葡萄糖反應,而不須添加任何葡萄糖氧化酶及任何物質,且其為惰性金屬,應用為葡萄糖感測晶片之電極,可使晶片較不易受pH值和溫度變化之影響,及不須嚴苛之保存條件。
Industrial Applicability
We have successfully used the fabricated electrodes for non-enzymatic glucose detection, orchid virus detection, DNA detection, and electrolyte detection etc. The simple micro/nano hybrid structured electrode can also be used as the anode of the fuel cell. We highly expect that this bio sensor chip can be widely used in medical monitoring, home care and agricultural biotechnology.
