Summary
The Smart Machining Expert System uses the techniques of neural network and particle swarm optimization algorithm to train the empirical model analogy to a master operator. The user only needs to select the three intuitive machining performance requirements.Then the most suitable processing parameters are recommended and the required parameter setting is automatically completed through the controller communication.
