Summary
"1. The analog control can turn off the circuit within a dozen microseconds, use the detection of the voltage across both ends of the switch as the basis for turning off, design an inductor to limit the fault current rise rate, the modular design can be applied to different specifications.

 2. The input voltage of this circuit breaker is 500 V. By changing the operating area of the output characteristics of the SiC MOSFET, the fault current of the circuit breaker can be limited to 50 A, 100 A, 150 A200 A,zero current can be achieved within a dozen microseconds cut off."
Scientific Breakthrough
"1. This solid state electronic circuit breaker detection does not use hall sensorsany other auxiliary equipment, achieves the purpose of limiting current by operating the SiC MOSFET in the saturation region.

 2. Design an inductor that can be applied to circuits with low impedance power supplies.

 3. The specifications of this solid state electronic circuit breaker are modular design, with a maximum supply voltage of 500 Va current rating of 200 A."
Industrial Applicability
Renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic power plantsoffshore wind farms are practically compatible with DC systems. These renewable energy sources are not conducive to renewable energy power generation because the environment is easily affected. Therefore, storage systems such as batteriesenergy storage systems are necessary for renewable systems. These systems themselves operate on DC systems, the solid-state electronic circuit breaker can be applied to protect circuitsdetect the fault current rising ratecorrespond to different protection delay time agreements.
