Summary
we designed “The prevention of buoyancy module on sinking boat”, which has a plurality airbags of main outer peripheral side in the hull and on the hull inflatable unit is provided in order to set up the complex links airbag-group, whereby the event of shipwreck, to ship capsized or sank, also may use manual and automatic mode, the monitoring unit and the water level sensor startup linked via wired and wireless actuation of the inflator unit to make the inflated airbag inflator unit, generated in the peripheral side of the hull uniform buoyancy to prevent the ship capsized inclined posture, and slow down the speed of the ship sinking.
Scientific Breakthrough
在船體外壁周側設有複數氣囊,可於船舶下沉或船身左右搖擺之時,將氣囊充氣以增加船的浮力或穩定性。
產品啟動時機:
(一)船艙重心不穩時
1.船身左右劇烈搖晃,如東方之星:船隻因龍捲風,導致船身左右劇烈搖晃,在不到1分鐘的時間就翻覆沉沒。此種沉船方式非常迅速,連穿救生衣都來不及,再加上天災的因素,下沉所花費的時間極少,因此危機處理的時間非常短。
2. 船隻超載、轉彎因角度太大而翻覆,如日月潭的興業號:船隻本身檢測就未通過,且救生設備不足,主要翻覆原因為超載了近一倍的乘客,次要為船轉彎時角度過大而導致乘客倒向一邊,加速船隻沉沒速度。
3. 船隻突然轉向導致貨物傾斜,船隻快速下沉,如世越號:因船隻急停導致貨物開始朝一邊傾斜並加劇船身下沉速度,在兩小時內先發生側翻進而翻覆,船尾下浸且船首上揚,隨後逐漸下沉,更有許多乘客聽從船長錯誤指示,留在艙房內不動才錯過逃生機會。
(二)船艙觸礁進水時
船隻疑似觸礁,右舷傾斜船艙進水,如海研五號:由海洋大學、中研院、陽明大學、雲林科技大學、成功大學、台灣檢驗科技、國研院颱洪中心所組成的研究團隊,預計出海八天,卻在途中因颱風之外圍環流及風暴潮所造成之強風和巨浪,導致船隻疑似觸礁沉沒,右舷傾斜船艙進水,船體故障失去動力。
