Summary
The heat dissipation of a car is set in a car. There is space in a car.  The front, the rear and outer part has a replenish duct and an exhaust duct respectively: a replenish fan is set in the replenish duct in order to let in the air to the car; an exhaust fan is set in the exhaust duct in order to let out the hot air from the air circulation.  A solar cell module is to generate power to turn on the replenish fan and the exhaust fan. There should be at least a solar energy collector set under the rear windscreen . The slide track and motor control the opening and folding of the solar energy collector.  The controlled loop by program controlled circuit controls the the opening and folding of the solar energy collector, and turn on and off of the replenish fan and the exhaust fan. The power from the solar energy collector connects directly to the circuit of the replenish fan and the exhaust fan.  It supplies the power needed by replenish fan and exhaust fan in order to largely lower the high temperature and humid, and also can reduce the volatile toxic gases discharged from the car interior decoration. Scientific Breakthrough
本系統主要目的在於提供汽車車廂室內之散熱,市面上已有許多汽車車廂室內散熱的產品,但許多產品皆須破壞車體結構、開啟天窗或窗戶等設計,皆會造成防盜或水滲入車廂內等問題,為了防止此類問題,本作品之設計強調以不破壞車體結構為主軸,並能穩定且省能源的進行車廂散熱之車載設備,來因應日趨炎熱的環境。
Industrial Applicability
本系統在車輛熄火之狀態下達到控制模組之設定條件後啟動,並可透過模組設定本系統作動之溫度條件,可讓駕駛人位於車廂內時不用發動引擎開冷氣即可達到車廂內降溫的效果。如計程車業與遊覽車業之駕駛須長時間在車廂內待命休息,可安裝本系統來達到車廂內散熱之效果,並可因此達到減少引擎怠速時產生之廢氣,且引擎長時間原地怠速而無透過車輛行駛時之撞風來降低引擎溫度導致引擎室內積熱而降低引擎系統、冷卻系統等之壽命。
