Summary
In response to cloud control integration and industry 4.0 development goals, power tools will have intelligent functions, especially in production line factories for assembly processing operations and mobile production lines. 
1.It can lock effectively and correctly the production of the screw, and has the function of real-time monitoring to perform the locking function when the error occurs.
2.Develop wireless communication function, and various parameters can be set by the remote host module to improve the cost performance of the electric screwdriver and facilitate the use of the production line.
3.Complete the research and development of high-efficiency brushless motors. The torque is 20~25%
higher than that of general brush motors. The design and function of the overall screwdriver meet the forward-looking requirements of intelligent control.
Scientific Breakthrough

Industrial Applicability
Hand tools are tools that is required for inspection, restoration, installation, demolition and other operations, and are divided into non-powered and powered hand tools. The commonly sold screwdrivers, file pliers, wrenches and knives are all non-powered hand tools; power hand tools come in two forms, pneumatic and electric. The former is like a spray gun, a portable chain saw, and the latter is like various electric drills. At present, the market share of power tools is still the highest, while the proportion of pneumatic tools continues to increase. The main driving force of the power tool industry comes from the manufactory, construction, automotive and consumer durables industries.
