Technical Name Micro inductive tactile/force sensing chip for the applications of force detection and human-machine interface
Project Operator NATIONAL TSING HUA UNIVERSITY
Project Host
Summary
A simple and robust novel micro inductive tactile sensor is proposed. The footprint of sensing chip is below 2mm, which can be easily integrated. The tactile sensor is implemented by the commercially available standard CMOS process, no customized fabrication processes are required. Thus, it is ready for mass production after concept proven.
