Summary
1. The DC brushless motor is used in injection machine, instead of the AC induction motor used in traditional injection machine, which has the advantages of low energy consumption and high torque output. 
2. Apply intelligent technology to control the speed of DC brushless motor, so that the injection machine can adjust the dosage of injection according to the demand, which can greatly save the dosage of medicine, save cost and reduce the damage of chemical to the environment.
Scientific Breakthrough
At present, the domestic injection machine is driven by an AC induction motor, which has a rough control method and often causes waste of manpower and medication. There are proportional control injection machine imported from abroad on the market, and inverters are still used to control AC induction motors. The products are expensive, maintenance is not easy, and they are not intelligent controls. This machine adopts DC brushless motor, which has the advantages of low energy consumption and high torque output compared with AC induction motor. The intelligent technology is used to control the rotation speed, so that the injection machine can adjust the injection amount according to the demand immediately, which can greatly save the dosage of the medicine, save the cost and reduce the damage of the chemical to the environment.
This machine uses a single-chip microprocessor to control the DC brushless motor injection machine, and uses fuzzy control theory to develop control software to achieve acid-base balance. Since the injection machine control system is a multi-input multi-output system, its control technology can be extended to sewage plants, automobile industry, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, electronics industry, food biotechnology industry, textile industry, aerospace industry, metallurgy industry, aquaculture, water purification, mining, power plants, more than ten kinds of industries. Due to its characteristics of hydraulic time-varying, non-linear and acid-base subsystem interference, we designed and developed a fuzzy controller suitable for the acid-base neutralization control for the injection machine and simulated the plant related wastewater treatment process, the acid-base neutralization experiment was carried out to investigate the control characteristics of the fuzzy controller.

1.凡是採用變頻器來控制AC感應馬達, 或On-Off控制AC感應馬達都可用單晶片微處理器控制DC無刷馬達代替。
2.凡是使用比例式控制的注藥機, 都可用智慧型控制來代替。
