Scientific Breakthrough
In recent years, nanotechnology industry has been popularized in various fields, such as : biological, medical, environmental, industrial products. The physical sunscreen - titanium dioxide are often added into sunscreen products , mostly white and not easy to waterproof. Therefore, the plan is to make use of Sol - Gel method made of titanium dioxide nano-particles, and combined with biological technology to create a spherical vector. Nano-particles can allow visible radiation, and the protective film coated on the skin surface  will be transparent and
no white . Combined with microwave extraction technology (called green extraction) with high extraction efficiency, time-saving, provincial solvents, small pollution properties, the extracted liquid from discarded fruits and vegetables which is not only the best natural moisturizing agent, but also the antioxidant effect is added to the sunscreen products . This composite technology will develop effective and safe sunscreen products.
Industrial Applicability
因二氧化鈦奈米中空球可以防曬,並且加入我們以微波萃取廢棄蔬果皮之活性成分,因此本技術也可以應用在化妝品之防曬乳上。
