Summary
scCO2, which have  high solubility like liquid, and the high diffusion property like gas. Dissolves and carries out the lipophilic organic compound from the sample. The high COD value feedstock, being treated by our system to the discharge water standard after treatment by the sewage treatment plant. It will continue to study the system development and economic utility as an organic compound extraction system.
Scientific Breakthrough
The first time, an alternative treatment method for rapidly processing high COD industrial waste liquid is provided.
1.Three modes of operation: static extraction, dynamic extraction and continuous extraction.
2.Feedstock and scCO2 use the countercurrent hedging method to increase solubility and processing capacity.
3.Tube in tube design of the feedstock inlet and the reactor.Turbulent and steady device Optimization.
Industrial Applicability
According to the current experimental results, it is confirmed that the system can effectively reduce the suspended solid, that is, the SS value, and the COD value. The industrial discharge standard can be obtained after the treatment.
Synthesize above statement, we believe that this technology will play an important role in the wastewater treatment industry in the future.Another part development is purifying while recovering pharmaceuticals.
