Summary
One-step mask-less fabrication of conductive wires on textiles exploiting laser direct write (LDW) technique in combination of home-synthesized organometallic ink.
Scientific Breakthrough
One-step fabrication, sinter-free, low processing temperature (T<80 degree), minimal ink cost (20 picoliter/droplet), capable of maskless patterning, minimum linewidth <0.5 mm, low resistance (<4 Ohm/cm), reliable and repeatable subject to tensile stress (elongation ratio ~200%), durable subject to high washing cycles (  (>100 cycles at 40 degree, 1000 rpm, 15 min detergent)
