The National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction (NCDR) LINE Official Account is a one-stop, mobile-based disaster reduction portal developed through public-private partnership. It integrates 48 categories of alert information from agencies, localized observation data such as temperature, rainfall, and environmental radiation. By introducting disaster application services and social data, it provides the public with convenient and diversified disaster information.

Based on location-dependent technologies, we have built a diverse, one-stop information hub that integrates various disaster reduction services. This platform provides citizens with real-time, highly localized data on extreme temperatures (high/low), rain probabilities, and shelters near by user. Furthermore, by leveraging generative AI technology, it incorporates big data summary analysis from social networks to rapidly deliver typhoon updates across all counties.

This Official Account can be applied by local governments, frontline disaster reduction personnel at the township and village levels, and the general public, enabling them to grasp real-time disaster information anytime and anywhere, both during ordinary times and in times of crisis.
