A bicycle frame is created from the advanced composite granulate using complex injection molding technology. At the end of its life, this can simply be ground up, melted down and manufactured into a new frame or component. Completely without waste. The PRT-02-30-WPC product range consists of a wood-plastic combination with 50% wood and 50% plastic. This is the first time we are offering a material combination that consists of 50% renewable raw materials and requires no lubricants.
