Summary
Many teams are focusing on hardware design. What sets our team apart is that, by dedicating ourselves to designing mm-wave reconfigurable smart surfaces, we have also incorporated electromagnetic sensing capabilities to make it more intelligent. These electromagnetic sensing functionalities include sensing directionality, polarization,frequency, enabling the reconfigurable smart surface to perceiveanalyze the electromagnetic characteristics of its surrounding environment.
Scientific Breakthrough
1.The reconfigurable intelligent surface system designed by our team operates in the 5G NR FR2 millimeter-wave frequency range.2.The system achieves a bandwidth range of 31, enhancing overall transmission speed .3.The coverage scanning angle of the system is similar to that of most international teams, approximately ±60°.4.The system is equipped with direction angle sensing capability. The judgment time is as short as 8 milliseconds.
