Application of multiple sensors in various locationsAI-logic judgment, the false alarm can be avoid. By utilizing  300,000  earthquake event dataAI mythology (NN,SVM), "On-site AI EEWS" can use the 1-3 sec p-wave dataimmediately predict maximum PGAPGV then to send advanced alert for user to do proactive action. This system has been set up over 100 sitesuccessfully sensedgave advanced alert over thousand times.
