Summary
We developed a system to improve manufacture productivities and qualities based on power, temperature and vibration big data. Our systems have been deployed and verified in real field factors such as IC packaging and printed circuit board and assembly. Our system offers three levels of industrial big data services. The first level is to utilize power, temperature and vibration data for improving productivities and qualities. The second level is predictive maintenance for manufacturing machines. The third level is a cyber physical system (CPS) which can integrate with factory information system for optimizing overall productivities and qualities and reducing the production cost.
