Summary
The present invention relates to a method for improving enzyme activities by biomimetic silicification and the kit thereof, in which a first acid solution comprising precursors of silicic acid and a second acid solution comprising hydrophobic groups are mixed to undergo  biomimetic silicification when a specific catalyst exists. After biomimetic silicification, silica particles are formed to immobilize expected enzymes and hydrophobic groups therein may change microstructures of silica particles. According to the present invention, activities of the enzymes may be increased without additional reagents and steps, and thus original structures of enzymes may not be damaged and the cost may also be decreased efficiently.

以仿生物矽化反應提升酵素活性之方法及其套組,利用具疏水性官能基之矽酸溶液與含矽酸前驅物的搭配,改變氧化矽顆粒的微觀環境以提升酵素活性,不需添加額外的藥劑或步驟而破壞酵素原本結構而損害其物性或化性。
Industrial Applicability
以低成本、快速、操作簡易之仿生物矽化反應進行酵素固定化及提升酵素活性,可應用於化學化工業、生技業、製藥業。
