Technical Description 1.Virtual articulator: integrated the tracking technology of personal jaw movement into the 3D manufacture system for dental application.
2.Full arch IR intraoral scanner: taking digital impression for fully edentulous ridge intraorally with only 10 seconds.
3.3D printing resins: FDA approved Class II resin for provisional crown (denture base is under revision), TFDA and ANVISA approved Class I resin for models, surgical stent, custom tray; developing water-washable resin for 3D printing.
4.Multi-colored 3D compound machine: providing multi-colored 3D printing and integrated CNC milling feature into the 3D printer to achieve the high accuracy of the customized automatic production.
Scientific Breakthrough This dental intelligent manufacturing system has successfully developed (1) as the first model developed in Taiwan, integrating the virtual articulator and the tracking technology of personal jaw movement into the 3D manufacture system for dental application debuted, (2) as the fastest scanner developed, the IR intraoral scanner taking digital impression for fully edentulous ridge intraorally with only 10 seconds, (3) as the first dental 3D printing resins approved in Taiwan, the resins FDA approved Class II resin for provisional crown, TFDA and ANVISA approved Class I resin, (4) as the first model developed in Taiwan, the multi-colored 3D compound machine providing multi-colored 3D printing and integrated CNC milling feature into the 3D printer.
Industrial Applicability This intelligent manufacturing system provides a large number of customized high-precision automatic production, which provides the total solution for application of 3D printing in dentistry (dental models, custom tray, surgical stent, provisional crowns, full dentures), as well as other medical, industrial, and cultural and creative applications.
