Technical Description Traditionally, the encoder installation error angle and EMF constant can be measured by driving the calibrating motor with an external prime mover. In this innovation, a new self-driving method is provided to measure the encoder installation error angle and the EMF constant in the designed system without any external prime mover and motor fixing frame. Therefore, it has greatly improved the measured process, increased the measuring precision and reduced the man-hour for the servo motor manufacturing. The system has provided some newer functions as follows:
1.Self-driving system designs without any external driving prime mover and no any motor fixing frame is needed.
2.The encoder installation error angle and EMF constant are calculated automatically.
3.PC-based man-machine interface design.
4.The digitized measuring data analyzes and stores for cloud data managing.
5.A new patent implements and the measurement accuracy is below 0.2 degrees.
Scientific Breakthrough Combining the driving and the measuring function in one system, a new self-driving method is provided to measure the encoder installation error angle and the EMF constant in the designed system without any external prime mover and any motor fixing frame.
