Technical Description The smart graphene-PVDF electrical response membrane developed by this technology induces PVDF self-assembly arrangement through graphene. It does not need to go through the polarization process to have piezoelectric characteristics, and use the high conductivity of graphene itself. And the electric energy signal generated after the mechanical energy is activated can be collected without installing electrodes. It greatly simplifies the preparation steps of the piezoelectric thin membrane, and due to the characteristics of not requiring polarization, it can be directly coated on materials with different curved shapes and directly cured to form a piezoelectric sensor. It can be directly coated on the robot arm or smart clothes as a sensor for medical disease prevention and remote long-term vision control, or prepared as a membrane for sea wave power generation.
Scientific Breakthrough The smart graphene-PVDF electrical response film developed by this technology induces PVDF self-assembly arrangement through graphene. Industrial Applicability The technology is expected to develop graphene wearable sensing clothing for human health monitoring, which can realize the real-time measurement of body temperature, heart rate, pulse oxygenation, respiration rate, blood pressure, electrocardiogram signal, electromyogram signal, etc. Therefore, analyzing the collected data through the cloud server will provide medical doctors with applications for disease prevention and rehabilitation assistance. Or it can be made into a thin film and applied to the wave power generation, so that a single film can obtain drinking water and generate electricity at the same time.
