During arthroscopic surgery, the anchor suture is easy to tangle and unable to fix the soft tissue using conventional one lumen cannula. Thus we design a novel “Double lumen cannula” containing a flexible septum inside the cannula which can separate and change the cannula volume dynamically into two lumen. This would decrease the surgical time and soft tissue injury, and improve the security of suture tie.

有別於傳統關節鏡僅有單一入口，本發明為雙腔套管，利用中間一片可動式分隔件來隔成兩個腔室，手術時得以藉由該第一腔室及第二腔室分別操作一條繩索，以對患者進行鉚釘繩索打結。由於兩條繩索室分別位於兩個腔室中，故對於患部進行打結時不會發生彼此纏繞或打死結之情形，也可以利用不同腔室置入不同之器械加速工作效率。
