A method and system for managing and recording children health information are provided. The method includes: obtaining children information, using the guidance of health-care, and adding the children information into a database of a server; and providing the database for a user to access, modify or print.

『幼兒健康安全管理與教保服務指引資訊系統與方法』以「幼兒健康資料庫管理」及「健康安全教保服務指引及表單記錄」之兩項管理服務資訊平台，主要技術內容如下:
(1) 「幼兒健康資料庫管理系統」：七類幼兒健康資料之管理系統，帳號密碼登入(管理者/使用者)，新增個案健康資料(基本資料、健康史、身高/體重/BMI、乳齒生長、齲齒健康檢查、發展檢核、健康檢查、營養調查、家長育兒自我效能/幼兒健康生活型態調查健康管理綜合紀錄)，選項功能-檔案(新增、儲存、另存新檔、關閉、匯出WORD文件/匯出EXCEL統計表、登出、離開)，選項功能-檢視(調整縮放比例，將文字以及介面放大)。
(2) 「幼托機構健康安全教保服務指引及表單記錄系統」：依據“健康安全教保工作流程圖”進入點【選傳染病/微病/身體病弱(慢性病)/特殊需求幼兒/非危及生命意外/危及生命意外】等進行症狀與照顧措施之勾選，最後匯出WORD文件檔，做為幼兒健康照顧工作指引與紀錄。

The " SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING AND GUIDING CHILDREN HEALTH SERVICE INFORMATION " is based on the "Management Information Platform and the Guidelines for the Health Care and Form Records ". It is suitable for use in 1) technology companies that develop health service systems, and 2) institutions of early childhood educare.
