Summary
The present invention provides a walking assist device which is disposed in a shoe. The walking assist device comprises sensing modules set on the bottom of the shoe, a control module connecting with the sensing modules, and an output module connecting with the control module and the sensing module. The control module calculates a state of the step based on the change of the pressure. The output module outputs an instruction of the step.

Technique description
The present invention provides a walking assist device which is disposed in a shoe. The walking assist device comprises sensing modules set on the bottom of the shoe, a control module connecting with the sensing modules, and an output module connecting with the control module and the sensing module. The control module calculates a state of the step based on the change of the pressure. The output module outputs an instruction of the step, including straight walking and turning cuing lines.

The present invention can provide visual cue to assist walking for people with Parkinson Disease or stroke.  The present invention can also be applied to athlete training.

The related elements and equipments are common electronics components. The techniques relate to this intervention is easily to be manufactured for market use.  

Potential Market
The product related to this invention can be a wearable device, such as smart shoes, for people with gait disturbance. The device also can be used in sports market. The sensing and controlling modules can be developed to a clinical gait assessment tool.
