Summary
Recently, many countries actively develop of industries, resulting in a number of derived pollutants, such as the heavy metal wastewater produced by the electroplating industry, the air pollutants emitted by the petrochemical industry and the solid waste - sludge produced by the wastewater treatment. The current environmental protection awareness of resource reuse is increasing, and the main processing flow of sludge is dried, shredded, granulated and sintered at home and abroad, and is reorganized into Densified Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF-5). The agricultural waste, which is intended to be used as a raw material, is mixed with the sludge and the billet is subjected to low-temperature co-firing and carbonization to produce a solid waste-derived charcoal (Biochar), which, when used as a fuel, contains a volume reduction , The effective use of sludge heat and mass, increase the wearable, deodorant, inhibit N2O emissions, easy to save and many other advantages, while achieving waste reduction, reduce pollution purposes.
Scientific Breakthrough
廢水處理後會產生大量廢棄污泥,而清運污泥較耗費人力且不易處理,雖然處理機構及再利用機構有足夠容量來處理,但因處理技術問題,常被取締停業,造成市場不穩定,而清運污泥需耗費大量人力及成本,處理價格攀升。本研究將以無毒害之污泥與農業廢棄物混合,經乾燥、破碎、造粒與燒結等主要處理流程後,提升碳含量,增加其燃燒
Industrial Applicability
此技術應用的層面主要可分為兩個區塊。
1.廢棄物再利用:此技術將廢棄污泥進行回收再利用並使其能源化,給予其新的附加價值與功用。
2.替代衍生燃料:本技術可以替代化石燃料作為一幫助燃燒之介質。
