Summary
Key technologies of high performance building materials, building micro-grid, energy monitoring system, intelligent air-conditioning and advanced lighting system will be practiced and evaluated. This enabling the technology with independent assessment analysis ability for energy production, energy storage , energy conservation and system integration.
Scientific Breakthrough
The high-performance building materials compare with normal building materials (RC) can save 30% energy. The intelligent air-conditioning compare with normal air-conditioning can save 30% energy. The advanced and smart lighting compare with normal lighting system can save 35% energy. Additionally, energy management system can provide 5% energy savings. Finally, the total energy saving benefit can achieve 35%.

The electrical load for 5 people house is around 15 kWh
The energy saving in this system in summer: 483 kWh
The energy saving in this system in non-summer: 569.2 kWh
Total energy saving in this system in year: 483+569.2=1052.2 kWh

Taiwan have 8.5 million households recently. If there are 1/20 houses or companies using our smart green building concept. It can totally saving 13.88 million NTD/day by energy conservation technology.
