Summary
The invention provides a method for preparing nano curcumin particle by encapsulated curcumin with silica oxide and chitosan, wherein the chitosan solution is prepared by using an aqueous solution of acetic acid, and is prepared by using an aqueous solution of sodium acetate. The results show that it can not only effectively solve the problem of oxidization, and it can repair the reproductive ability of damaged by cisplatin induction.
Scientific Breakthrough
Amorphous silica oxide is easy to produce and low cost.The silica oxide-chitosan nanocomposite particles do not cause significant damage to the cells. The invention shows that silica oxide nanoparticles toxicity can be significantly reduced by modification of chitosan. This technology has been applied to a variety of functional materials, showing its versatility, material flexibility and cocoa reliability.
Industrial Applicability
The application potential of this invention should cover biomedical pharmacy, health food, and cosmedical products. It can provide different encapsulated materials, enteric dissolution properties, release control and the high loading capacity and stability dispersion, such as growth factors, antibiotics for pharmaceuticals; nutrient materials for health claim products; or enhanced skin absorption effects.
