Use satellitesground stations to globally collect the environmental monitoring messages all over the world via the Automatic Identification System (AIS) on the water, Automatic Packet Reporting System (APRS) on the land,the Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast (ADS-B) system in the air.

Use cheap CubeSats to collect messages from moving objects all over the world to achieve global coverage.

The systems can be used to monitor the dynamic status of vessels, carsairplanes the all over the world.  The big data can be used for business management, traffic control, emergency rescue, homeland security, environmental monitoring, .etc.
