The developed multiscale microscopy is a patented new technology for super-resolution large-field imaging. The system includes con-shell illumination microscopy, single-molecule localization algorithm,automated tissue sectioning. Combining with FocusClear tissue clearing, our technology can analyze spatial distribution of any proteins of interest within an intact tissue such as brain/tumor. |
