Summary
This instrument is a high-efficiency PM2.5 particle collectionautomatic chemical monitoring system. It collects PM2.5 by using a dry electrostatic precipitator to chargecapture the particlesextracts the particles by using pulsed water jet to wash off the particles into liquid sample. Finally, the liquid sample is analyzed for chemical compositions manuallyautomatically.
Scientific Breakthrough
This system breaks through the difficulty of collecting all PM2.5 particles into the liquid sample by using the semi-dry electrostatic precipitator. It has lower instrument detection limitshigher accuracy for precursor gas monitoring than the other commercial systems.
Industrial Applicability
"1.It can be used for continuous automatic monitoring of PM2.5 chemical compositions in the ambient airexhaust gas.
2.It can be used for continuous automatic monitoring of the clean room air in the semiconductor industry to improve the product yield.
3.This domestic instrument can be used to replace the other imported commercial instruments which are much more expensive."
