The "Taiwan Innotech Expo" (TIE) brings together innovative research and development achievements from various governmental ministries, creating three major themed pavilions: "Innovation Pilot", "Future Tech Pavilion", and the "Sustainability Pavilion". The 2024 event will be held from October 17 to 19 at the TWTC Hall1. As an international hub for intellectual property, TIE not only showcases Taiwan's R&D achievements but also invites participation from international organizations.

The "Future Tech Pavilion" (FUTEX), co-organized by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), Academia Sinica, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare, focuses on technological trends for the next three to ten years. The pavilion features six key technology exhibition areas: " AIoT & Smart Applications", " Electronics & Optoelectronics", " Evolutionary Materials & Chemical", " Bio-tech, New Drugs & Medical Devices", " Net Zero", and " Humanity & Technology". It also includes the highly anticipated " AI Theme Area" and " Healthy Taiwan Theme Area", presenting professional knowledge in an engaging and accessible manner.

To foster innovation, the expo will feature events such as “FutureTech Award”, "IC Taiwan Grand Challenge" and "GenAI Stars " Demo Day, which aim to discover cutting-edge technologies and connect them with industries. During the expo, those awards will be presented, encouraging global cutting-edge technologies to converge in Taiwan and create business opportunities.

In addition to showcasing forward-looking technologies and hosting prestigious international awards, the expo will also organize several international trend forums, covering topics like "Quantum Technology" and "Sports Technology," inviting leading experts from academia, industry, and government to ignite discussions on next-generation technology trends.
