Eight Teams Awarded at the Inaugural 2025 AI Innovation Awards

The inaugural 2025 AI Innovation Awards, co-hosted by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) and Compal Electronics, has announced its eight winning teams. Selected from nearly 1,500 AI-driven proposals, the winners each received a NT$1 million prize and will showcase their technologies at the Future Tech Pavilion (FUTEX) during the Taiwan Innotech Expo (TIE Expo), held October 16–18, 2025.

The winners will also take the stage at the AI Future Now: Innovation Technology Showcase on October 18 (10:30–12:00) to present groundbreaking applications across diverse domains—from urban safety and clinical healthcare to education, entertainment, and industry innovation.

This initiative reflects NSTC and Compal’s mission: to empower startups and research teams to tackle real-world challenges with AI, while accelerating societal transformation. Compal further supports the winners with a comprehensive incubation program including storytelling workshops, business validation, market feedback, and partnership assessment to help ensure successful commercialization.

The eight winning teams represent Taiwan’s emerging AI powerhouses, proving the technology’s transformative potential across industries. Visitors can experience their innovations first-hand at the Future Tech Pavilion (FUTEX), TIE Expo, Taipei World Trade Center, October 16–18.

NSTC encourages global enterprises and investors to collaborate with these pioneering teams to advance AI innovation, industrial upgrading, and quality of life worldwide.
