AI × Innovation: FUTEX 2025 Shapes the Future of Technology

The 2025 Future Tech Pavilion will be held from October 16 to 18 at Taipei World Trade Center, Hall 1, bringing together the latest in science, research, and global innovation. Centered on the theme “AI Experiences × Breakthrough Innovations,” this year’s pavilion will feature four interactive zones: Smart Robotics, AI Applications & Industry-Academia Collaboration, Quantum Technology, and Sports Tech.

Nearly 200 cutting-edge research projects from Taiwan’s leading academic and research institutions will be showcased, spanning seven frontier fields: biotech & medical devices, advanced materials, green energy & net-zero technologies, AI applications, semiconductors & photonics, and human-centered technology.

More than an exhibition, the pavilion serves as a platform for global exchange and collaboration. Highlights include cross-disciplinary AI applications in healthcare diagnostics, precision manufacturing, robotics, drones, and smart cities. Expert-led forums on robotics, quantum, and sports technologies will bring global thought leaders to share insights on emerging trends.

Adding to the momentum, 14 international startup teams from across 14 countries will join the stage, igniting cross-border innovation and collaboration. The pavilion also integrates three major competitions—Future Tech Awards, AI Innovation Award, and IC Taiwan Grand Challenge—with world-first unveilings of next-generation technologies.

With live technology showcases, matchmaking sessions, and guided tours, visitors will experience how AI and breakthrough science are shaping industries and daily life. The Future Tech Pavilion is not just a showcase—it is a global stage for imagination, inspiration, and the next wave of innovation.
