Technology Introduction
本團隊預期開發的整合型生理訊號感測系統,此系統結合多項前端感測功能,搭配後端自行研發之微處理器以及演算法程式,能夠同時感測人體的心電訊號(ECG)、肌電訊號(EMG)、和周遭溫度,我們也與相關機能衣廠商合作,合作開發包含導電纖維的運動衣物/臂環/腿環,並將感測系統製作成小型扣具模組,整合於這些機能衣物中,使其能夠符合一般生活情境使用,如日常運動及老年居家照護,而不只侷限在定點或醫療場域。

本團隊所研發之生理訊號感測晶片,包含壓電效應感測電路以及生物電子訊號感測電路。利用壓電效應感測外在之溫度、震動等因素改變其震盪之特性,進而對訊號放大和各頻段偵測與解析取得特性數據,建構出可量測溫度 (Temperature)、震動 (Vibration)、壓力 (Pressure)、生物電子訊號 (ExG)之系統晶片。

「智慧衣」是將傳統的「紡織」工藝和新興的「物聯網」科技作相連結,將衣物結合各種感測裝置,彷彿把一台小型電腦穿戴在身上,能夠偵測各種不同的生理訊號。這項發明將可能為你我的生活帶來重要的改變。一般使用者可以透過這類產品,隨時監測、記錄自己的身體狀況,進而擬定改善體能的運動計畫。對專業運動員來說,穿上具有感測器的智慧運動衣,則能幫助訓練並免於運動傷害。在健康照護上,「智慧衣」可以隨時觀察家中長輩或病人健康狀況,減少老年照護的人力與成本。

我們開發的這一套【人體生理訊號感測裝置與智慧衣】,具有軟硬體整合度高、體積小、可穿戴式與量測便利的優勢,在針對老年自我健康照護與運動相關領域的應用上,將提供獨特且關鍵性的協助。

Our team's project goal is to develop an integrated bio-signal sensing system, and combine multiple front-end sensing functions, with the back-end self-developed microprocessors and algorithm programs, can simultaneously detect the human body's ECG and EMG signals, and ambient temperature. We also cooperate with related functional clothing manufacturers, and work together to develop sports clothing/arm band/leg band that contain conductive fibers. And the sensing system is made into a small buckle module, which is integrated into these functional clothing. Enable it to be used in general life situations, such as daily exercise and home care for the elderly, not just for fixed-point measurements or hospital sites.

In this project, the bio-signal sensing chip developed by us includes circuits for Piezo wave sensors and Bio-potential sensor.Using the piezoelectric effect to sense external temperature, vibration and other factors to change the characteristics of the oscillation, and then obtain characteristic data for signal amplification and detection and analysis of each frequency band. We’ll use two circuit combines with an external Piezo material to create temperature, vibration, pressure and ExG sensor chip.

The "Smart clothing" is a combination of the traditional "textile" craft and the "IoT" new technology, the clothing incorporated various sensing devices, which is like wearing a small computer to your body, which is able to detect various physiological signals. This invention will probably bring important changes to our life. Through this type of product, the general user can monitor and record his physical condition at any time, and then develop a sports plan to improve his physical fitness. For professional athletes, wearing "Smart clothing" with sensors can help training and avoiding injuries. In terms of health care, “Smart clothing” can always observe the health status of elders or patients at home and reducing the cost of labor for elderly care.

[Human body's signal sensing device and smart clothing] which is developed by us has the advantages of high integration of hardware and software, small size, wearable and convenient measurement, and it will provide unique and critical assistance in applications relating to elderly self-health care and sports training.

目前市面上常見的生理訊號感測裝置大多只能提供單一訊號量測。而本團隊所開發的多功能人體生理訊號感測裝置,能感測人體的心電訊號(ECG)、肌電訊號(EMG)、和周遭溫度等。配合無線傳輸與生理訊號分析演算法,成為一高軟硬體整合度的感測系統。我們的技術有著體積小、低耗電、可攜式與量測簡單便利之優勢。

Most physiological signal sensing devices are targeted to some single signal. Our Integrated EMG/ECG sensing is capable of sensing human body's ECG, EMG and ambient temperature. Combined with wireless transmission and analysis algorithm, our system is a highly integrated wearable sensing device that has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, and convenient measurement.
產業應用性

結合感測裝置的“智慧衣”將成為老年照護、運動訓練與精準復健上的利基產品。在老年照護上,量測長者每日的心律與活動量,可達成智慧化健康管理的目標,並協助照護人員的工作;在運動應用上,透過心律與肌肉運動強度的紀錄,可有效提升訓練的品質。此外,藉由大量數據之收集,可提供人體心理、生理健康資訊之大數據分析。

Our sensing device, together with smart cloth, is a niche product for elderly care, sports training and rehabilitation by conveniently monitoring vital bio signals in casual environments. In addition, collected biological data could contribute to the big-data analysis for human body.
