此作品提出一種主動性漣波消除技術,用於降低直流-直流轉換器輸出電壓的切換諧波。主動性漣波消除模組產生一交流電流以準確地消除電感電流漣波,同時切換式轉換器提供一直流輸出電流。因此可以有效地降低切換式轉換器的輸出諧波。然而,主動性漣波消除模組將使得所提出的功率轉換器產生兩組複合極點。為了確保系統穩定性並實現精確地漣波消除,我們提出控制方法和自適應鎖相電路。此外,漣波消除性能與責任週期、負載電流和其他轉換器參數無關。測量結果證實採用主動性漣波消除技術可使切換諧波減少28 dB,且雜訊水平維持不變。

This work presents an active ripple cancellation (ARC) technique for reducing the switching harmonics of the output voltage of a dc-dc converter. An ARC module injects an ac current to accurately cancel the inductor current ripple while the switching converter provides the dc output current. As a result, the output spur of the switching converter can be reduced effectively. However, due to the ARC module, the proposed power converter includes two complex poles. To ensure the system stability and achieve accurate ripple cancellation, a proposed control method and an adaptive phase lock circuit are utilized. Furthermore, the ripple cancellation capability is independent of duty cycle, load current, and other converter parameters. The measurement results demonstrate that the switching spur reduction with ARC technique can achieve 28 dB while the noise floor is kept the same.
