Technology Introduction
本實驗室透過最新專利「次面板混光技術」,製作色溫與亮度皆可調的類太陽光智慧節律OLED燈具,其中使用了數組OLED燈片次面板,包括高色溫(5,400K)、中色溫(4,000K)和低色溫(2,800K),合成一大面板;透過電壓及電流調控,可獲得色溫從2,800 K到5,400 K的自然光色;若搭配的是1,500 K超低色溫次面板,則可獲得1,500 K到5,400 K的光色,涵蓋了燭光及夕陽光;再加上亮度的分別調控,可獲得色溫及亮度可調之類太陽光光源;我們所製作的類太陽光智能節律照明燈具,其光色變化與太陽光變化軌跡幾乎重合,如此一來,人們在家中也能享受與太陽光一樣的高品質照明光源。此外,為了達到智能節律照明,在智能模組上的設置就極為重要,目前我們透過編寫程式語言、搭配時間控制器來達到色溫及亮度隨時間自動調控,再藉由藍芽模組,讓使用者能夠遠端進行操控,即為類太陽光智慧節律OLED 照明。

The laboratory uses our latest patent "sub-panel blending technology" to produce pseudo sunlight intelligent rhythm OLED with tunable color temperature and luminance. It uses an array of OLED sub-panels, including high color temperature (5,400 K), medium color temperature (4000 K) and low color temperature (2,800 K), to combine into a larger panel; Natural light with color temperature from 2,800 K to 5,400 K can be obtained by altering voltage and current; With corporation of 1500 K ultra-low color temperature sub-panel, we can even get color temperature varying from 1,500 K to 5,400 K, which covering the color of candlelight and dusk hue; With a separately controllable luminance feature, we can then have both color temperature and luminance tunable pseudo sunlight light source; Pseudo sunlight smart rhythm OLED we made has a color locus overlapping with sunlight locus so that we can enjoy high quality light source like sunshine at home. Besides, in order to establish intelligent rhythm lighting, the set up of intelligent modules will be extremely important. So far we design programs and use time controller to achieve the purpose of adjusting color temperature and luminance with time automatically. Then, by the use of Bluetooth module, users are able to remote control the lighting system. With these techniques, we here demonstrate pseudo sunlight intelligent rhythm OLED lighting.
